*Kwara SWAN condole Ojularis,
Abubakars and Komolafes
National President of the Youth Sports Federation of Nigeria (YSFON),
Alhaji Tunde Jamiu Ojulari, who died in Ilorin Monday has been buried today in
his private residence in Ilorin.

The burial ceremony which commenced at about 10am culminated in his
being committed to mother earth at 12:30pm this afternoon. The event which
attracted a his profile of sports and non-sports personalities in the nation
was presided over by Justice Oluwatoyin Mohammed, a Shariah Court judge in the
state. Aged 63, he is survived by his aged father, two wives, children and grandchildren.

In a message, the Kwara State branch of the Sports Writers Association
of Nigeria (SWAN), signed by the secretary, Abdulwaheed Bibire described
Ojulari’s death as a big loss to the country and the state in particular.
The statement added, Ojulari will be remembered for the development of
sports at the grassroots level in Nigeria and his dedication to move sporting
activities to greater heights. The seasoned sports administrator and qualified
accountant will be greatly missed not only in the sports fraternity but also in
other spheres of life.

Kwara SWAN also commiserated with the families of Messrs Deji Komolafe
and Seidu Abubakar. Komolafe is the
producer of sports programmes on Radio Kwara and Abubakar, the national
chairman of SWAN lost his mother in Kduna. Both of them passed on last week.
Some of the guests at the Ojulari burial included his team mates like former IICC long thrower, Moses Otolorin, CPC's deputy governorship candidate at the last election, Prince Sunday Adeniran Fagbemi, Dr. Ayodeji Ayo-Bello, former Directors of Sports in Kwara, Mrs. Sarah Bola Esan and Alhaji Busari Ishola. The current Director of Sports, Babatunde Kazeem amongst others.
