NFF FRAUDULENT AFFIDAVIT FOUND AT LAST!

Musa Amadu, NFF Ag. Secretary General

*calls to question Musa Amadu’s law degree
Can the former Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF), Chief Akin Olujimi’s chambers be involved in what is considered as wrongful, unethical and deliberate misapplication of the facts of a client in a suit they handled for one of their clients, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF)?
If the two legal chambers belonging to leading silk wigs led by respected duo of Chief Olujimi and Dr. Joseph Nwobike, (both of them SANs) as represented by Oluwatosin Adisa (who must be a brilliant lawyer because these chambers will sieve you before you can work therein) can be violently denied by the client the way the NFF did, then, what impressions are we supposed to hold of the men in question?
In the suit with number FHC/ABJ/CS/280/2011, the NFF in exhibit EX. RVB3 smuggled into the nation’s legal records the much sought and hidden affidavit where they not only renounced Oluwatosin Adisa but the popular 2nd February 2010 affidavit.
The fraudulent affidavit
The affidavit, by interpretation, has called to question the integrities of the law firms, as well as, the person of the lawyer who swore to the affidavit, Oluwatosin Adisa.
Secondly, it is unheard of how an affidavit that was sworn to in court for which the NFF benefitted immensely from the outcome of the judgment can be so spurned after “misleading” the initial court to secure the judgment.
Thirdly, I am considering within the next couple of hours to seek the ethics and disciplinary function of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) to interpret these conducts as it affects its members and how their conducts would have brought to disrepute the legal profession in the eyes of football aficionados.
Fourthly, is Musa Amadu really a lawyer? Or did he just read some law courses and call himself a “Barrister”? that a lawyer did what he did is not only unforgiveable, it is unprofessional and regrettable. If he wanted to be fair and just, the same brief should have been given to the firms of Olujimi and Nwobike to plead their fraudulent affidavit in the suit with number FHC/ABJ/CS/280/2011.
The fifth issue is, can the NFF expect to benefit immensely from the suit with number FHC/ABJ/CS/280/2011 the way they benefitted from the suit with number FHC/L/CS/962/2010 with the conflicting facts belonging to the same institution all originating from Musa Amadu, a lawyer?
Ironically, the initial judgment with which they have fraudulently misled the court to give them judgment was against Davidson Owumi. Whereas, the same NFF changed the facts of itself in the new case that is against the same Davidson Owumi. So, the Nigerian court is not better than the balls that the Super Eagles use in their matches.

THE HIGH PROFILE FIFA PRESIDENT’S SIGNATURE FRAUD
From the moment I published the new forgery case against the embattled NFF,I have received so many calls asking why I did not substantiate my case with documentary evidence which many people thought was a standard I had laid for my cases in the past.
I want to thank the whole hordes of the people who called in.
I had the alleged FIFA letter but had to look for a real one for the purposes of comparison. Mr Joseph Sepp Blatter in a letter he wrote Sports Minister, Yusuf Suleiman dated 1 September 2011 whereas, the letter NANF took to the Police is the one dated 14th September 2010 congratulating Maigari.
His signatures on both letters are not the same. The issue is, will Blatter stake his integrity and defend the fraud of an affiliate agency that has been proven severally for forging signatures of FIFA officials each time they want to harass the Nigerian government so as to achieve their selfish objectives?
The fake FIFA letter
The real FIFA letter
The second issues is, can a man of high standing like the FIFA President parade different signatures on official documents? Of the hordes of FIFA fraudulent letters from the mills of the NFF, this is the first concerning Mr. blatter’s signature. I’ve checked 15 different letters and agreements signed by Mr. Blatter in my custody, that of 14th September does not tally with the others.
