Nigeria-Guinea match: What T B Joshua said

T. B. Joshua
I was just sitting down, God was showing me the game between Nigeria and Guinea next week. How they started it, and how they ended it. But what I saw was not favourable. I said (it) was not favourable. If at this time (stage), we are stopped, it would be very bad. So it was not favourable at all.
Anyone who scores first takes the day. But the game was not favourable. I saw it yesterday. Is it Africa Cup of Nations? Is it next Saturday? I saw it yesterday; I watched it. The situation, the world, not only Nigeria, the whole world is facing is, ‘Where there is no vision,’ there is no direction. Even when the vision is given, nobody is ready to follow it. Why should all these things happen to us? For many years now, Nigeria normally goes for a game, not to stop at the beginning. Africa, for that matter. Africa Cup of Nations is a small thing. We should be the one to champion them. Why should we be stopped at this (stage)?
But with God, all things are possible. But it is not something I can do alone. That is the problem I have. I cannot do it alone. If I could do it alone, I am lover of football, I would pray and fast to ask God, but it is not possible for me to do it.  We must agree and instructions will be given and you follow the instruction.
If you follow the instruction, you will carry the day. (Congregation clap)
Why are you clapping? Are you the Instructor (that should come for instruction)? I love football so much. That is why, when it is time to play football, I want to know what is happening. I will pray; I want to know…. Where people respect and honour God, ‘What can we do?’ ‘How do we go about it?’ The instruction would be given, ‘Do this, this, this’.  You’d get it right. Rise up (addressing the congregation).
You know your position in Africa. You’re a giant of this Africa. This is Africa Nations Cup.  We cannot just enter, we are not even starting the whole thing and we stop at the beginning, it would look very shameful.  Come out as a giant. Let’s honour God. Let’s carry God along. Let us play football as if all depends on us and pray as if all depends on God. Tell your neighbour: Pray, as if all depends on God. Play, as if all depends on you. (demonstrates praying, then playing) (Congregation laugh)
You people are laughing, so that you will laugh that day. Because I’m seeing, it will be very shameful. But I’m seeing the other side shouting. So, you’re a giant. What is the meaning of giant? What I am saying now is what I’ve seen.
As a man of God, I saw it in a vision. I cannot do anything but what can we do? That is it? It is God that showed me; it’s a vision. So don’t think, ‘This man saw it, why can’t he do it?’ No. The thing is not like the way you think it is. That, ‘Didn’t he see it? Why can’t he pray and change it? It is not possible like that. Two of us, must believe to make things happen.
The two of us must what? Believe (congregation respond). To make things what? Happen (congregation respond). To make things happen.  We will not be able to do anything on our own without corresponding action. (when I say) in the name of Jesus, you say what?  (congregation reply) Amen That is all!. That is corresponding action. My , ‘In the name of Jesus’ must come from my heart. Your, ‘Amen’ must also come from your heart. In the name of Jesus!  (Congregation respond)  Amen. That is corresponding action. If yours comes from the heart, so we need to say, ‘Amen

Reportedly, the same Joshua has predicted the results of several other international matches involving Nigeria, especially in their run-up to qualification for the 2010 World Cup. He owns a football academy named "My People FC" which produced Lazio starlets Sani Emmanuel and Ogenyi Onazi. Emmanuel was voted the MVP at the 2009 U-17 World Cup. Joshua caused quite a media stir in Ghana after their 2009 U-20 World Cup triumph when coach Sellas Tetteh controversially said he had been in communication with him throughout their final game against Brazil.

So many of the man"s prophesies have,as far as I can remember, have always come to pass. Yes to some extent there is some genuineness in his prophesies and the notable ones included the Micheal Jackson's death, the Poland air crash where the life of the head of state was lost, the fire in London, recent the killing of Osama Bin Ladin. Eeeh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its overwhelming but the nation today are short of faith that is why we shall perish. If it was an America doing the prophesies we would have not questioned him. They had more than a week to amend that prediction but they brought a fake prophet instead. It pays Nigeria well.

Oga TBJ forgive all those who condemn you. I am sure they will receive holy spirit visitation. As 4 d futbol match we lost in our nation’s capital, Abuja, the minister of sports should be querried and that should be the beginning of heads rolling. The entire NFF should be sacked and complete overhaul of the sports ministry suggested.

I didn't know that so many people are still in the dark, all the prophecies by T B Joshua has come to pass. Zambians have come to honour him. You, NIgerians must start praying and believing in what men of God are saying. There is a difference between a Man of God and a false Prophet. T B JOSHUA is a Man Of God

I think God loves human kind so much equaly that he would not prefer to see one team emerge victorious over another in a competition. Zambia, Namibia, Botswana, Comoros, Mauritious and many other countries that have never won the cup of nations, did god plan that these countries shall always be losers? And favours the likes of Cameroon, Nigeria Ghana and Egypt? Do you people believe that the DEVIL has power to manipulate humans. Sh!t these are really the last days.

I’m very surprised most of you are still in the dark!! What else do you want to see or hear before you believe that this TBJ is a true prophet? All his prophecies have come to pass, including those that favoured Nigeria. Do you now condemn him because his prophecy was not favourable to you? May God have mercy on the souls of those of you insulting and condemning him. For guidance, take the Bible and read Deuteronomy 18: 18 – 22.

dont know if he is real or fake, although he seems real. but just because you can see vision doesn’t mean you are a man of God. All that is important is that we continue to play friendlies with both african and European countries. We shouldnt let this loss make us forget that we need stability in the coaching system to build a good team. continue to mix young local league players with stars abroad and build. It will take another year and half to build a strong team in africa. I still trust siasia

  8. Great, are we saying it is a spiritual thing? My manager in the office who doesn't love football told me two days to the match that he saw Siasia in his dream looking sad, I actually felt it will be the opposite. Who did we offend?

  9. I have always known that the end shall justify the means, either T.B. JOSHUA,is a fake prophet or not,we Nigerians are the architech of our own misfortune. Lets not over hype our players plus coaches anymore.
